‘Tis the season…. for golf and giving. While most of us anxiously and patiently awaited summer this year, true golf enthusiasts know that if it’s above freezing and there is no snow on the ground, it’s game on, and you can bet they’ve been practicing and preparing their game for months.
This year Turning Pointe Autism Foundation is fortunate to have two amazing opportunities for both the social golfer and the serious golfer to enjoy some great golf while giving back. On Monday, August 5, 670 the SCORE, Chicago’s number one sports radio station, will host a charity golf outing at Seven Bridges Golf Club featuring hosts Dan McNeil and Danny Parkins along with many other SCORE personalities on site. There will be a live broadcast with Bernstein and McKnight beginning at 9AM.
All proceeds go toward Turning Pointe to “create opportunities to educate and enhance the lives of individuals with autism through proven interventions, to increase independence and encourage meaningful lifelong pursuits, and to enrich the family and community at large.”
